 My work explores the emotional weight of human rights struggles and the lasting scars of apartheid. Through these images, I focus on ordinary people whose lives carried extraordinary burdens under systems of injustice. The faces, gestures, and objects in my photographs symbolize resilience, survival, and the quiet strength of those who endured oppression.
